Consistently delivering to the wrong address. My number is 15755 and my next door is 15775. They get it wrong weekly. But today I received mail for 15755 Serena court! Honestly, the mail carrier is either dyslexic or just doesn’t take the time to check. Either way it’s bad service and I have no idea if I receive all my mail. I know my next door neighbor brings mine over and visa versa but I dont know about others. Our carrier really needs to take more care. Hopefully there will be follow thru with this review..

USPS is a joke. Cannot talk to a real person unless you go in, the webite is just as bad or worse. I decided I'd pick it up instead of waiting until 530pm for it and was told that even though i did it online "last night" my request was not received and that I had to wait because they hadn't even sorted the boxes at a little after 9am. No wonder no one wants to work for or go through usps anymore. I had a ground shipped package from florida came faster through fedex, I guess I'll be paying the extra postage to go through ups or FedEx.

Our mailman Juan is the primary reason this post office is truly the Best. Genuine, personable, friendly, Realest person my household and I have had the honor of getting to know throughout the years of living in Tigard. Maybe they are short on clerks who sort those and many of the other letters. I have noticed letters have been slow 🐌

Not typically. Only larger offices usually have Passport Services. If you go to website you can look up locations near you that offer Passports. As an FYI ... their website prompts you to renew by mail.

You can go online and do a vacation hold or you can stop by the post office and ask them for the vacation hold form. Then you can either set it to be delivered when you return or you can pick it up.
No, they do NOT. Beaverton Main post office does, Tualatin Post office does located off sw 90th ave, and sherwood, or post office.
They must have just forgotten tomorrow is Saturday. Package pick up starts at 10 AM on Saturday.
