This location should be a case study into why the postal service will likely not exist in the next decade. The place is all boarded up externally. I've been shipping flat rate boxes for years, every location and every instance the employees have provided tape for the boxes that says "Priority Mail" on it. When I say every time and every employee, I am referring to the exact employees I saw today who for some reason are insisting this isn't procedure. For a box that is already $20 to mail, paying an additional $6 for a roll of tape is ridiculous. And this is after waiting in line for twenty minutes. Simply makes more sense to purchase things from online retailers with their own, more efficient services at this point.

The postmaster won't let you move your mailbox, even when mail goes missing. 2 packages so far are missing. They did suggest a porch lock box.

I had been going to this post office in yrs and now I had enough with the same Asian lady attitudes. Very rude, very loud, she has no problem scolding you, embarrass you and talk down on you. I’m reading all the reviews and majority of complains is this persons name Michelle! Why is no one doing anything to correct her bad customer service?!!

Yes, usps.com/move is the official website. There is a fee of $1.05. It is definitely easier to do it online. I did it last year.

Yes. Best idea is to remove this question tho... your address is publicly visible this way!
The lobby is open Saturday, with the self serve kiosk & a few supplies like envelopes. Doubt their opening the doors Sunday tho
Online or go there
9pm but closed all day Sunday
They close at 5
Ask for the supervisor and they have to get them for you
There are a couple ways depending on what you need help with. The wisest way I learned if you are having issues is using the email help system that is on the USPS, that way there is records of any communication. Otherwise you would need to go into the post office directly and ask to speak with the post master.
The door for the kiosk and P.O. Boxes close at 9pm (except closed all day sundays)
They are Different sizes and different price i think i know you your name should like i know it
