Unbelievably rude customer service for passports. Employee (Coco) was in either a very bad mood or just very sure could not be fired. Never seen anything like this, makes the DMV look excellent. First of all they cancelled our previous appointment at arrival, this time they refused to do passport photos. They didn’t accept notarized docs (wrong color), copies (Letter vs A4), wanted a copy of backside of birth certificate (that’s a blank page) and on top of that permanently shouting at us for nearly 2 hrs. Yes 2 hrs because employee took a break of 20min. And you know what, when the supervisors read this they won’t care. Because all reviews are like this.

Worst experience ever!!! One of the employees named Coco was very rude and disrespectful this morning while I went in to get my son's passport. I understand I came a little unprepared but there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON as to why this woman talked and treated me the way that she did especially Infront of my kids. I walked in and was assisted by someone else and Coco under heard that I had some missing papers and that's when she rudely yelled from across the room and said "YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!". Like I said I was being assisted by someone else I was not rude to her or the other employee I never crossed words with Coco, I apologized for not bringing the rest of the papers so I ignored her and she CONTINUED to yell at me "YOU NEED TO LEAVE". I felt as if she was being racist because I'm Hispanic I honestly have no other explanation as to why she treated me the way that she did. Never again will bother to go to this post office again.

Fix your online system before guilting customers for using it. I’ve been back to this location several times and am on my THIRD TIME filling out paperwork for a PO Box, which I need because of circumstances outside of my control. I was already given the keys to one but haven’t received any mail in it and none at my home address either despite continuing to get daily delivery notifications. Any time I’ve checked my PO Box, it has either been empty or full of someone else’s mail. When I came inside this most recent time to return the other person’s mail and ask where my mail has been ending up for the past almost month, I was told I did everything wrong and sent off with yet another PO Box application form. The employee wouldn’t even let me get a word in to explain myself.

Getting a passport at USPS was so easy and quick. The line looked long but they were efficient and got everyone serviced quickly. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I thought It would be a huge hastle but with this USPS sight they took the stress away. Thanks and keep up the great work!
