BAD customer service. I have been their client for many years and they don’t seem to care about their clients. They delivered the wrong part at my shop and I took it back to the warehouse to exchange it for the right part. The person working in the office was rude, disrespectful and with non sense explanations. He was telling me that the fender I brought back was damaged when I did not even open the part cause I knew it wasn’t what I ordered. After few minutes waiting for him to calm down he decided to do the exchange and when I open the box to inspect the part I found a damage on it, so I asked him what he is going to do about it after he complained that the fender I brought has a small scuff and the one he game me is damaged. He laughed, told me that he didn’t care and he is not going to give me another one o refund the money back. The WORST service ever with a person like him this business is going to loose many customers.

they were very rude to me when i went to the front door without my mask because i forgot it at home... i then went back to my car to find one and couldn’t so i called them to see if they had any and they were very impolite and said go get a mask somewhere else we don’t have any... they did not want to help me out at all. and told me to go away because i didn’t have a mask. as a business the least you can do is provide masks if masks are required!

Looked all over PDX for a driver side mirror and this place had it, thank goodness! Thought I had enough and went to see if I did but the Boss paid for my mirror!! He even replaced and installed it for FREE!!! I'm in total shock that he was so generous. I'm backing back as a HAPPY CUSTOMER
