No concept of time. Set an appointment? Doesn’t matter! First come first serve. Currently sitting and waiting for an hour now, and I was 10 min early for my appointment. Talking to people here seems like you’re causing heartache for them, it’s dirty, no privacy, can currently hear the doctor talking to patients with the door open about their medical history. Really recommend you go to another clinic that respects your well being and privacy.

I am really happy with my experience at this clinic. Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and kind. Be sure before you go in to have all your necessary documents because otherwise, you won't be able to file online at their office and have to use snail mail instead. I got my temporary card the same night with the new online filing! Nothing negative to say about this place. I will go back when it's time to renew.

I've utilized their services since 2008. The staff is pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and transparent with all relevant information, the facility is spacious and accommodating for everyone and allows easy access for the disabled. I've used them for all of the previously mentioned reasons as well as their uncompromising professionalism. In my entire relationship with this clinic I've never been exposed to embarrassing questions or felt uncomfortable in any way. If I had to sum them up in one word it would be compassionate. Perhaps they should consider changing the "C" in their business name to represent "Compassionate" instead of "Cannabis". John Siri (Farmer John)
