I got an email with notification of 'notes from previous visit' - logged in - found date of x-ray I'd had on 8/2 with NOTHING to view or read. I looked ALL over my chart and recent visits. Thanks for sending me on this 10 minute trip to nowhere. The visit to radiology was fine; the on line end of Kaiser experiences leaves a lot to be desired.

An excellent visit. Dr Lo was confident of his judgement, which is always reassuring to the patient. He was very clear in describing what he found, the choices available to me, and what he recommended, He then implemented the chosen treatment efficiently and quickly. His staff is to be commended, too.

I am not a patient of Kaiser Permanente, but Dr. Sun was my Endocrinologist in Shreveport, LA and she is totally AWESOME! Ya'll are so lucky to have Dr. Sun. If you are looking for an Endocrinologist, Dr. Sun is very thorough, kind and gentle. She is also easy to talk to about anything. If anyone happens to see Dr. Sun, tell her we miss her down here.

I feel very well taken care of by Dr Boyle, Dr Cockburn and my phone contacts Mary and Anna. I've been told that no question or concern is too small to call Mary or Anna about and when I call I get my concerns addressed right at that time. Both doctors explain everything very clearly and take their time to answer all my questions about my care and what to expect and what my options are. I feel I have the best team in Kaiser and even in the whole Portland/Vancouver area!
