If it's low tide there is a beach on the same block. If you want a public beach it is 7 or 8 blocks, definitely walkable
Ocean Beach is the closest beach, at OB peir.
So close you can smell it.
Erin's got it! When we were there it was an easy walk to... I think it's Newport Road or street..the main drag... for Several good breakfast choices, And then just a block to the ocean.
