Overall I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Staff is super friendly and great overall. Location was okay, its a bit far from downtown OB. price was okay. They do offer the Mobile cart shuttle; however it’s only from 10am-6pm and Friday-Sunday and they charge for it. They do need to increase their days and times though because 10am is too late and 6pm is too early. We didn’t use it at all because it just wasn’t convenient. We had to drive everywhere since we had a baby also. They also had a large section of the back closed because of the damage on the cliffs. Fortunately we had ceiling fans in our room but other rooms did not and our friends definitely felt it. AC unit in the rooms which helped but it not in all rooms. So the bedrooms can get a little hot. They do need an update on pool, Hotel exterior and assigned parking is limited. While it was nice to experience this place, I wouldn’t stay here again simply because the inconvenience of location from downtown OB and options of restaurants.

Hello. I stayed for the weekend with my wife Darlene and had the opportunity to be served by a fine tall gentlemen by the named of Jack. He was at the front desk and was attentive to our all requests. Great location as we were about to walk around the neighborhood. Room was cozy and love being near the ocean.

The room was perfect, fantastic views, maid service outstanding & staff friendly & competent. Beautiful roses in the courtyard. Enjoyed my stay immensely.

This hotel is such a hidden gem. The set up is beautiful, clean and peaceful. The Inn is right on the ocean, which you hear as you go to sleep. The pool is a perfect size and the front desk service is so friendly! I would definitely suggest this place for any occasion!
