I have been trying to call the Budget office at Portland Airport for 2 days and have not been able to get a live person to talk to. I left something in my rental car and have no way of retrieving it, if I cannot talk to somebody.

I guess do it like they say first then if it doesn't work go an find someone there who can help you....

You need to go online and do a lost and found claim. Budget.com- help-lost and found. That is the only way to retrieve an item as items go into a locked box that the location is unable to check. I am an employee at the pdx location. Sorry you've been unable to reach us but our phone gets routed to the 1-800 number when we are busy. Thank you and I hope this helps.
