Three stars for the employees that works at this establishment…. very helpful very friendly! The manager is great at this Enterprise. I just hate that the cars be scratched up and some need mechanic work. They’re pretty good at replacing the cars or giving you some kind of compensation for your troubles. But, today I Reserved a car for work for the weekend. I was told they had no cars In at the time and someone will call me when some are in this evening. No call or email. I can’t work this weekend I’m very disappointed But, I will be back to rent again.

The excellent customer service, quality of rental, ease of communication, and smooth check in and check out could not have been better. i had heard horror stories about renting a car during these Almost The After times and Enterprise at this location was a dream story. Good value on the rental too. Rent your car at this location rather than at the Portland airport.
