The actual vehicle was good overall. Newer and performed great all the way to Idaho and back. Not very clean inside the car though. It was both experiences with the employees. They look (and act) pretty unhappy and not shy about taking it out on customers. I filled up the tank in Gresham and went straight to return it and I was still charged for a fuel refill. The digital "gauge" read full and there were 327 miles left on the tank vs. the 303 miles when I picked it up the first day. I was tired after the work trip and it was the company card but it still ticked me off. Won't go back there, but I will rent a 2017 Ford Explorer again from somewhere.

I rented with Budget after getting overcharged by uHaul a few too many times but this was way worse. They charged $500 more than what we were quoted at for a moving truck. It has also clearly been smoked in, the dash was super sticky, and there was garbage still left in the cab. The people at the front desk also treated us as if we an inconvenience to their day. Never going back to them.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Had a reservation and confirmation number. Showed up. Employee asked me to step outside as only one person was allowed inside which is fine, but then another person entered after I stepped outside and he did nothing. After about 10 minutes, I was able to go in and he states he has no cars available despite me having a confirmation. He did nothing to try and help me. Thankfully I am local and was able to go to the Avis on Columbia Blvd. The employee there was AMAZING. He was short on cars, but went out of his way to get me a car and on my way.

Great place and they are not annoying with the debit card thing that makes it to where you can’t get a truck if you don’t have good credit or major credit card. Bathroom is just gross that’s my only complaint.
