Over all very happy with my car and with the service - My Hyundai Elantra did have a few stains on the seats when I picked it up but was nice and clean inside; the blindspot monitoring system is awesome

First off, my reservation couldn’t be found right away. I had pre-ordered a car with priority pass and I didn’t have the option of the car I chose ahead of time. There was one choice of car in my price range when I went for pickup. After having the car a day, I realized the drivers side door wasn’t locking by the remote or by the lock button inside. I work long days with zero time to try to hassle with going to get a different car. At the end of my reservation I had mentioned the issues with the car as I thought it was something that should be addressed. I returned the car a hair under the full mark I was asked to pay for a gallon of gas. I was extremely annoyed that I dealt with with issues all 10 days, with no locking door and all they were worried about was $5 for gas. The only positive thing I have to say is that it was extremely fast to drop the car off and be on my way.

These agents are like no others that I've dealt with in years. Fast, super courteous and today I was called to see how my rental was going? Excuse me? I thought I was in a foreign land. I've used them over the last 3-4 years and though always good, they seem to be shining now.
