First off, we were grateful to even get a car as the country has shortages of rentals apparently… we were glad we started the process early. I am a bigger person and figured a mid size car would be adequate but was wrong… we had a Dodge Charger… AMAZING on gas mileage and with the 70 and 80 MPH speed limits, worked very well and were nice drives… getting into the car was not good for me but there wasn’t a bigger car available to rent. Overall it was fine and did the job. The service at Enterprise was great on both ends, super friendly and professional

The rental process was so easy. I rented a BMW SUV at Portland airport. I was fortunate to get a great rate. The car was very clean and well maintained. The return process was just as easy as the rental. Tony, the employee at the return drop off was very pleasant and informative. He went the extra mile to help us find our way to airline terminals. I will definitely book with Enterprise in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing a great rental car company. .

Enterprise out of the Portland, OR airport had the best customer service I have experienced with the company. Before taking off, Christian made sure to do a thorough walk through, gave us recommendations for the city, and was kind enough to give us tips on the car and driving in Portland. When returning our vehicle, the gentleman who helped us checked the car to make sure no items were left behind. 10/10 experience with Enterprise and will definitely be using them again!
