You can make appointments, you'll see when you look on the website. They show you times someone's available.
You can an appointment online or over the telephone.
If you do walk-in then you still have to create an account and make an appointment for that time. It's a little odd the first time, but it's a great system and it's overall really convenient as they are generally on time with appointments.
