Nurse Danielle sent me to pick up medication at a pharmacy that’s shut down and then I call urgent care to inform them to get it reordered to Walmart instead and 3 days later Walmart still doesn’t have it. I need to be treated. I just spoke to Bri and she said she had fixed it for me and Danielle never put in the order when she gave me the go ahead to pick it up twice now. If I ever have to deal with urgent care again (Danielle please do not work with my family) in the the future I’d prefer to be seen by someone who does there job simple as that.

I’ve been to Salem Health’s urgent care multiple times in the last year for various reasons, and have nothing but good things to say. Their online appointment scheduling and e-check in is so convenient, and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. In fact, I’ve usually been called back before my scheduled appointment time, and I’ve always been in and out within an hour, even after having x-rays done. It can be kind of intimidating not knowing the medical provider taking care of you, especially when you’re in pain or not feeling your best, but all the staff I’ve interacted with here have been pleasant. I’ve seen providers Tonya, Kenton, and Dr. Wilson, who were all friendly, kind, and willing to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend using their online scheduling process to get an appointment in the morning though as slots do fill up fast.

My son had scheduled an appointment around 2 o'clock in the afternoon for 6:30 that evening because they could not see him immediately for his eye injury. We showed up and was finally called back at 7o'clock. The reason they gave was that they had made a mistake and allowed patients to walk in a head of him because they forgot he was there. Sounds like you're better off just walking in rather than trying to help by scheduling an appointment for later.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Called at 8am to see if i could get a same day appointment. The lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful & I was able to get in for an 11:20am appointment. When i showed up i got checked in and only had to wait about 3-5 mins before getting taken to the back. the two ladies who helped me today were lovely & my doctor was very kind and great at listening to what i needed.I was in and out in about an hour, considering i had to do x-rays as well. I usually have some anxiety when it comes to doctor’s offices and they made me feel so comfortable. Thank you!
