My son has therapy here once a week and we both love it. We see Sara and she is kind and incredibly patient, could never ask for a better therapist.

My 8 yo son has been in therapy for the majority of his life. The majority of our therapy experience has been through a couple of hospital systems. I was admittedly nervous to use a smaller private therapy venue as my son's underlying diagnosis is extremely rare. From the first interaction, the staff was polite and professional, explaining their process for initiating therapy. On the therapy end, the care was excellent. I felt heard as a mother and issues that I have been complaining about for a couple of years in our other therapy venue were not only seen, but explained and addressed in the process of therapy. After such a long time trying to explain our current issues, it was wonderful to encounter staff with excellent assessment skills and the ability to treat the issues. Thank you for all your help and support through this process!

My two little boys saw Leisha for about a year and a half- she was so accommodating With us driving from out of town to the appointments. Especially during the pandemic, she was easy to work with if we had to change things to a zoom appointment and worked hard to keep my little boys involved and interested over the computer with fun and engaging activities! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Leisha since elementary school, And as friends on Facebook, she noticed some speech struggles my toddler was having and reached out to me. When the rest of the doctors told me I should just wait before getting him in therapy, Leisha fought with me to get him the services He truly needed and it wasn’t long before he was talking up a storm! Not only that, my son loves Leisha and asked every time we got in the car if we can go see Leisha that day! The staff is always friendly and professional and worked with me to find appointments that worked with my schedule. If I didn’t have six kids and had time to make the 2+ hour long drive weekly, We would still be seeing Leisha in a heartbeat- and if I could give more than 5 stars, I sure would!!

My kids, both deaf with hearing aids, have made so much progress since starting at Sensible Speech. They see Katie Main and she is awesome. She relates to the kids so they have fun, but she also means business so they also get a lot of work done too. She has a scientific approach to therapy and really helps the kids understand what they are working on. Plus, she knows sign language! So grateful we found this place, both of my kids' intelligibility has improved so much!
