They don't even try. And they back up their doctors while you're in pain. Going to the ER was the best move I made to get the shots I needed. No compassion care here.

Customer service sucks! My doctor is terrible. But they will not let me switch because he is a board member. I wont even see him if i can help it. I just try to go to urgent care instead. Every time i come in they seem to have doubled down on terrible service. Drive through dr appt. Not letting patients in like we are second class citizens. Then you show up for urgent care and they wont let you check in you have to come back later. Way to appreciate your customers. Take my advice. Find somewhere beter.

I am very impressed with the clinic and my doctor. Dr. Vanderburgh is truly a great doctor that really cares about you. He listens to my needs and makes sure I am getting better. He even phoned me at home to see how I was doing. Never had any doctor do that in all my years. And I am 80.

Staff is always friendly and professional. Yes, sometimes wait times are long but worth it for the quality of care. My entire family goes to this clinic, including extended family due to the high standards of care that is provided. Dr. Graven is the best doctor, who really listens and is impartial when it comes to respecting wishes with care. They are great also about fitting in emergency appointments and treat you like family.
