Each time I have gone here, with appointments ahead of time. The staff has been super professional, and make sure to explain to me what they are doing. And if I have any questions, they try very hard to answer them. Professional staff all around. Nice people!. They keep me posted on each step, appointment etc.

I have found numerous employees at the clinic to be less then friendly. I’ll benefit them with working with a patient with bad anxiety but most care givers response to it hasn’t been positive causing me to leave more often feeling worse then I arrived. At home they just worsen the situation by not returning calls in the 3-4 day window most have to return your call. Can you imagine that, 4 days to get a response from your doctors office. I have an illiostomy and told them i’m About to start using sandwich bags instead, what they prescribed doesn’t work, what works they don’t seem to want to offer. Thanks VA.

Friendly and quick service, simple check-in, comfortable waiting area, easy access and plenty of parking. Thank you for the excellent service! :-)

So far, the best VA clinic I've been to. Did get a doc for awhile that didn't believe there was anything wrong with me, but that happens. Dr Ray is amazing though, actually listens to what I have to say and, under his care, I've only been improving.

Because, sometimes they get overwhelmed with the volume of calls that they have to make to contact the veterans, and sometimes they lose the information on their desks to make those calls. It's typically the case for how most gov't agencies operate these days. I Know that this doesn't help, bit at least you know now.

Last time that happened to me I had to get ahold of the eyeglasses dept. at the hospital in Portland.
The newly passed MISSION Act allows veterans to go anywhere at any time to any legitimate health care provider.
Call the V.A. Hospital talk to an operator to get in contact with the correct person to help you out.
Yes, he is. I don't have their fax #, though.
If your primary is there and you call the clinic you should get through. They also scream you by talking to you. There also messaging on MHV. Online that goes straight to your team.
Will help you get the paperwork setup. But I think you will need to go to Portland VA hospital.
