Professional and responsive service. My PMC person moved to this facility about 2 years ago from River Rd. I know none of us like to wait, but the reality today is that just about every business is shorthanded and health care in particular has challenges with staffing and getting new employees up to speed.

I took 2 hours off work to take my Dad to a appointment here , and they have the worst staff I've ever meet . They say get there 15 mins early. So after a hour in the waiting room and the receptionist leaving telling me another 10 mins. I waited more after a hour and 15 mins I yelled in the door cancel this appointment. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule I said not after that wait. I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one with very poor reviews of this office. They have no care or concerns about anyone !

We have been going to the Doctors Clinic since 1980 and have been very satisfied, we still have a great doctor but the last couple of weeks when we call to make an appointment you can't get through. We left 3 messages and got a call back when we were not at home. It said to call them back. So we did but again no one answered and the recording said voice mail is full. Salem Health now owns it and just like the Salem Hospital they messed it up.

Unfortunately my overall experience with the Dr's Clinic off South Liberty Rd. in Salem was very disappointing. Multiple times I left messages to get scheduled for appointments and never heard back. At one point I had left four different messages over the span of a month and still never heard back until I physically went into the office to have an appointment scheduled. When I told the receptionist at the front desk about not receiving any callbacks to multiple messages she said she didn't know anything about that and that it's been a non-issue for others - essentially brushing it off. More recently I had an appointment scheduled for my annual check-in/follow-up and it was rescheduled FOUR times. The first appointment was scheduled for December, got moved to January, then to March then finally to May. The last schedule adjustment in May I was contacted the same day as my appointment and told there was another scheduling conflict and I had to callback at another time to reschedule my appointment. Between the non-responsiveness and constant issues with scheduling it was not a worth-while clinic, at least from my experience. I was also not a huge fan of the doctor I was assigned to - there were only two options available for Dr's open to new patients and I was placed under Dr. Kao. While she is very nice person she is very scattered and all over the place. Numerous times she would share with me stories about her previous patients during the day which I found unpleasant and unprofessional and it made me keep certain things to myself after learning she openly discussed other patient issues. She never shared patient names but nonetheless, it was very unprofessional. Unless some major changes took place I would not recommend the Dr's Clinic to anyone.

No Pharmacy
Youd have to call. An if doctor kao is ask for her. She a great doctor. To me anyway
You need to sign up for patent portal. Or ask for your doctor medical asst. If not you can wake 3 to 10 days for answer. I've learn to say I want ...no I want to speak to my doctors asst now. Or get there voice man an say I need a answer today. An time you'll beable to answer your phone. If that dont work say I want to speak to head person who in charge of this place. Be a pain in there back side. I deaf an dont set by my tty machine so I say give me your answer in detail an number where I can reach you right back. Or get appt with your doctor an complain how your being treated. Works for me.
Yes, several, both male and female, family practice and internal medicine.
No, but they do have an online secure patient portal that the Doctors and medical staff can leave messages to and from the patient, which is similar
You REALLY should get one. I need a referral then
There is a Doctor on-call 24hrs per day. Day, evening, and Saturday appointments are available too.
