Showed up yesterday for an appointment I thought I had for my first covid shot. I was incredibly anxious. While the receptionist I got wasn’t quite willing to make it work some other staff stepped in & did…after my husband & friend explained that it took a miracle for me to even agree to the vaccine let alone show up for my appointment. They were not about to let me leave. They got me right in and everything went smoothly. They let both my friend & husband come back to be with me (i was so grateful). My nurse was fabulous! Unfortunately it was her last day so I won’t get her again for my 2nd vaccine. Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the amazing staff who made my terrifying experience totally doable.

Doctor Joe lulich was a great doctor to me! Hopefully the others are as good! Sad to see him go. The first part of my review is 5 stars which belongs to my doctor I had here EARLY in my years here. Otherwise this medical practice has gone downhill because of all the front desk people they have hired here. They're unprofessional! Most of all is the manager! You do a horrid job and if you don't care for patients and their needs then get a new job! They would not respect my choice of birth control and it is a pity. Good riddance!

I've been coming to Boulder Creek for almost a year. Each time I need an appointment I see Casey. Casey is a FNP. He has done alot for me to ensure that I am taken care. He will send you to the specialist you need to see and it's amazing how quick things happen. I went in to see him about finding a new mental health therapist. He arranged for me to talk with a therapist they have at the clinic within five minutes of leaving the appointment I had with him. I will agree with other reviewers that sometimes the front desk staff seem preoccupied with 'other things'. I've noticed within the last month or two there are other front staff now and it helps with the flow of getting patients checked in and scheduling appointments.

Best healthcare I've had in my life. Appointments are on time, if you show up on time, they are on time, they respect your time. Easy parking, easy building access, the staff is friendly, they pay attention to you as a patient and concerned in my health and reaching a solution to medical issues. They refer you to specialists when needed, you don't have to beg. The lab technicians are very good at drawing blood, I never feel pain. 👍👍👍👍👍
