Our air conditioner wasn't working and after talking with Sandra, a leasing agent at Stratus about it, Copper Mechanical showed up the next day and replaced it. Both Sandra and Copper Mechanical did a good job helping us with the problem.

We requested maintenance and out washer been broken along with these dirty vents and floors that not mounted properly on the floor … we’ve been waiting on maintenance for about 5 months now .. and still hasn’t got no response along with a 3 year old water heater that a explode like the last apartments by previous management…. We’ve been thru 4 different managements and didn’t have no idea about it

This place is pretty awful. As a current resident, I'm honestly looking forward to the day my lease is up. The townhomes are dirty and have roaches, the parking situation is awful, and the office/maintenance team is constantly doing stuff without any permissions and warnings. You'll wake up suddenly and your hot water will be turned off for no reason, leaving you to call the office and wait for the slow domino effect. There's not a whole lot of front office support, and trying to get things done feels like pulling teeth. Even the townhomes are in pretty bad condition. When I moved in, nothing was cleaned, my shower head was broken, and there was a leak in my kitchen. Four months later, we're still waiting for some of these things to be fixed or addressed. The only pros I can add is the decent rent price because of the basement, but even then, I should have just paid for storage and saved the headache in the long run. I absolutely do not reccomend this place to anyone. This place is an absolute joke.

Well I was supposed to moving in on 9/23/2021. I got the keys and after went in to the unit, what I found was a bad condition unit. Didn’t clean, holes everywhere, spider webs, stinky, never replace a/c filter, tub rusty and with mildew, shower head with a hole, rusted sink, counter top peeling, a/c vent with trash, holes in the doors, cables hanging on the basement, you name it. Talked with the property management and they said everything will be fix in one day. I went back to see the repairs and pretty much they only touch up with different color just to cover the holes. The bath tub was supposed to be resurfaces and they did a bad job. That main bathroom was cover with spray paint everywhere (sink and flooring). I was trying to be transfer to a different unit but they said they don’t have another unit available. However, they keep saying the apartment is livable and I don’t think so. I give them the option for four more days to complete the repairs but doesn’t want to cause they said the unit is functional and I can moving while the maintenance repair the issues. After that I didn’t want to live there and they want me to pay $3,000 just to break the lease. Thats no fair cause, look like they never inspect or walk through the unit to make sure everything were fine before I got the keys. This situation is frustrating and disrespectful to my family and me.

Has anyone else noticed that utilities have doubled? I've been here for several years and the moment the new company took over it doubled. It's one thing when utilities fluctuate but this isn't it, how can they double from one month to the next?

Yes I have seen a Big increase on everything the trash is way out of control since new management plus they can dump the waste bag but can't Supply The bags For The Dog WASTE.. Don't know how many time I have to pick up after someone else's dog!!!!!! Plus DON'T LIKE THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE COMING AND SITTING ON MY VEHICLE AND B'S WITH OTHER WORKERS!
