I have been here a few months since moving in and I like this apartment complex a lot. It is pretty quiet and most of the neighbors are very friendly. The service crew fixes and responds to issues pretty quickly. It is a perfect place for pets since you have many areas to walk, not to mention the TWO STORY gym! The property assistant, Krista has made me feel right at home and my apartment experience wonderful!

Having a ton of experience with other apartment complexes can have it’s ups and downs because you truly see the highs and lows of places. Having a friendly and welcoming staff really is the cherry on top. I want to recognize Gary E. He truly made my decision on where I wanted my home to be. I must say, with my previous experiences with other apartment leasing, this by far exceeds it. The office personnel are incredibly helpful and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, the maintenance is well kept and the amenities are very enjoyable and convenient. If you’re looking for location, you have easy access to highways and lots of shops and restaurants. I’m just in awe with my place. Thank you for all you do management to keep this place feeling like home!

My wife and I love it here. Super chill environment, incredible amenities, love the peeps here. The AsstManager Krista is so freaking awesome, has the cutest pug and helps my wife almost daily (her exorbitant amount of packages tend to be too big to fit in the parcel room…🙄😅👀) We love the whole team! They are so quick to help with anything! Maintenance is seriously amazing and always responds within the day! Trails around here are just right for a nice walk, and it’s very peaceful tucked back behind the Promenade area. Love this place. Garage parking, with an amazing view of the mountains on the top floor! All in all, super chill place! We seriously love it here!

The had a large bike theft from the "secure bike locker rooms." About half the bikes were stolen when most of the rooms were at capacity.. so now they show the rooms as having "plenty of space." All the bikes had locks of all grades, with most bikes having multiple locks. You can call the Westminster PD to verify this too. We had our bike stolen. All the office said was "we do not guarantee security." We were some of the first residents to move in about 14 months ago. Since then, the parking garage door has worked MAYBE a months time total. It will work for about 3-5 days, then be broken for about 4-5 weeks. We had a trailer, dirtbike and ATV in the garage with multiple locks on it that was stolen during one of the times when the garage door was broken. Since then, they "created" a rule of no trailers in the garage.. bc they know it is unsafe. If safety is your concern, call Westminster PD and ask about the reports that have been filed.
