it's nice staying here... but the front office people are really lazy they're behind two years on paperwork and like what the hell are you doing in the office sitting around chit-chattin and playing on the golf carts I seen the two ladies horsing around while you're the post to work and do paperwork but it's okay I got a videos of the ladies that work in the front office playing around by the basketball court racing... And on top of that telling the residents that we owe a lot of money and that were backed up but how is that you should be keeping updates letting us know when we owe something don't wait 2 years until it's like thousands of dollars and we can't even pay we're on housing for a reason....someone needs to do something about this..

Did you know everything on the internet is true? Uh NO!!! I actively participated with the City of Westminster police department to clean up Orchard Crossing and the reviews below are from those who were asked to leave. Please know If your "child" is participating in hazardous activity believe me I will take a picture. A picture says a thousand words. Wouldn't it be nice if all residents abide by their lease and not move in unauthorized occupants as well as unauthorized "animals?" Every resident signs a lease where it specifically states what the resident needs to do and what the Landlord is required to do. Based on this please do your own investigation when deciding where to live. The section 8 project based housing program is a wonderful program to help families get back on their feet. Residents rent is based on 30% of the family's income.
