I’ve had such a wonderful experience here at Altitude Westminster! Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, respectful and responsive and I’m so grateful for all they have done! I had the opportunity to live in both a 1b1b and 2b2b and both were awesome apartments with great storage and appliances! Colorado is expensive for rent but it’s worth the money at this complex!

Really enjoy living at altitude Westminster apartments!!!I’ve been here 3 years and love it and so does my dogs Rufus and Dempsey. Brandon and Jarod are so helpful and knowledgeable when I have any issues or questions.. Maintenance is outstanding especially Alex, he always has a smile on his face and he’s an outstanding worker. I would recommend altitude to everyone I know . Love love love this place

I had only lived here for a couple months when new management took over the property, but so far have been pleased with the experience. They seemed to have quite the undertaking so tried to cut a little bit of a break during the transition. They have came in and have done a facelift to the property including a new dog park, new roof and most recently repaved the parking lots that may have held the world record for most pot holes. It has been a busy summer around the complex of projects and they have done a fairly good job communicating if a project will be impacting you that week. Maintenance is also super friendly and gets everything done as fast as possible.

This place got new management and has been so unorganized and unprofessional. We have an Amazon locker to keep our packages secure and without an email or any sort of warning it broke and now they’re putting our packages out for a free for all. I ordered a brand new iPad for school and anyone can come and grab it if I’m not home right away to pick it up. Cannot wait to move out of here when my lease is up.
