Nice big and clean. I love the app to keep track of points. I just wish the bonus 25 w reusable cup during July 2022 was something that automatically happens when cup discount it applied. It seems like the majority of the time the points were NOT given but cup discount was always given. I go to the same store every early early morning and order the same drink in my reusable cup every day.. For some reason the July special of 25 bonus points with reusable cup applies when they feel like it. How do I get those missing points back without sounding like a karen? EVERY ORDER I made was my 1 simple drink in my personal cup. They see me across the street and already have my order on the register screen . Thats how early I typically go. Not busy at all.

The kindest people work here. Our vanilla latte tasted a little different and they remade it with no hesitation. We were over hearing them with other customers, and so sweet to everyone. RECOMMEND just off the service.

I'm very appreciative of this particular store. My kiddo with autism works nearby. We are training a service dog to assist with medical alerts for him. We've been in twice now for training. The first time it was no questions asked. Today, there was a slight misunderstanding on the part of the management. When I was asked to leave because they don't allow service dogs in training, I politely asked if they were aware that Colorado service dog law says that service dogs in training have the same access rights as fully trained service dogs. Not only did they not argue with me or kick us out, they went and researched the laws/policies and ultimately allowed us to stay. This could have ended so much worse, but because they took the time to listen and learn, it ended well for all involved.
