I moved into my new apartment at Ezlyn Westminister few months ago and the transition couldn’t be any better. I knew I picked a great place to call home from the moment I called the leasing office to signing my lease. Layla at the leasing office was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I thank you so much for being patient with me you get a five star rating just on customer service alone. I so far feel safe in the complex community. The amenities are amazing everything clean and new. My apartment is updated and was move in ready. Location is great next to lots of stores. I will definitely recommend Ezlyn apartments to my friends and family Or anyone looking to find a new place to call home. 5 star is solely for Denise the leasing office manager as well, What a class and nice woman who knows how to communicate with a potential customer.

Absolutely the sweetest administration staff up front. They were always very considerate and polite. I was in the middle of a medical malpractice lawsuit right before I lost everything in the Walden fires and can’t tell you how appreciative I am in their hospitality while I used their amenities located in their beautiful community office space. Amazing pool Nice little gym to knock off the rust prior to signing up for a bigger gym Nice grill area Great community and neighbors Nice views Great maintenance staff and crew Sade feeling

I've lived at Ezlyn for about 6 months, and it's been overall a good experience so far! The office staff are accommodating and personable. I worked with Denise in securing my apartment and lease. The day I picked up my keys, I met Conner in the front office, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible with my requests. He was able to explain the mailbox situation, parcel pending system, parking reservations, and answer other questions that I had. I appreciate this warm welcome!

After living in boulder for the past 12 years, I admit that I was hesitant to move into Ezlyn Westminster. However I can honestly say that this is the best community I have experienced since moving to Colorado 12 years ago! I would highly recommend Ezlyn Westminster To my friends and family. The staff, Conner, Denise and Murray, have gone above and beyond to help me through this past challenging year of the pandemic. They are friendly, helpful, and show that they really care about their tenants! I finally have an apartment that feels like a true home! 😊
