Wow, incompetent staff and mgmt (Cheryl). I tried to setup a trust account for a disabled relative. I was told I was going to meet with her. Instead, they give it to the most junior banker there, advised by 3 other bankers with contradictory directions. At one point, they tried to assign the trust to my SS# instead of the trust EIN, to get around their software (without telling me). That's bank fraud!. Co-mingling trust funds with personal funds is illegal!!!

I have had an an account with US Bank for years but rarely have needed to go to the branch. My experience with this branch is not pleasant. I went in a couple of weeks ago to open a business banking account. I was told I needed an appointment and that someone would contact me. Ok, no problem. I understand that things are changed due to Covid. However, no one ever bothered calling. I call the branch twice more to schedule an appointment simply to open a business checking account. Still, no banker returns my call! I am closing down my personal accounts with this bank. Don’t want my business? Cannot be bothered? That’s fine.
