Really nice staff, but the building manager Jesus Carlo, where real power lies, can’t care less about you. If you want to join a community when smoking weed 7 days a weeks is allowed in the building even though the lease clearly forbids it, move in! When you report to management for help, they ask you to keep reporting, no action, no rent reduction, just a life living in weed smell infiltrated room all year long.

TFC is incredible. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and the buildings are spotless and modern. I highly recommend 4610 to anyone looking to live in LIC.

I love my view, however, I hate that my neighbor plays drums/guitar all day long. I don't mind the noise much but the vibration from the sound equipment keeps me awake. I sleep mostly during the day since I work the night shift in the hospital. I complained so many times but my neighbor doesn't seem to care. It's very frustrating. I'm so sleep deprived that it's affecting my mental health. I wish I have stayed at my old apartment ( walk-up building, lived on the 5th floor, small space but at least I got to sleep well which is more important.)

Yes, you can get a tour. Our leasing office, located at 4545 Center Blvd, can show you available apartments. Drop by during our business hours, or schedule ahead of time with our leasing agent. Video tours are available by request.
You can apply online or visit our leasing office to fill out an application. To apply online, visit TFC.com. In addition to the TF Cornerstone application, you’ll need the following items: a copy of photo ID, a complete copy of a recent bank statement, three consecutive pay stubs, a landlord reference letter, a $20 fee for each applicant or guarantor, and in some cases income tax returns and a letter from CPA. Additional information may be required.
We accept payments online for first month’s rent and the required security deposit. You can pay using either an ACH transfer (no fee) or a credit card (fees apply).
Brokers are welcome but not required. Our no-fee apartments allow you to rent directly from our leasing office and avoid paying a broker fee. If you are visiting with a broker, we advise that you discuss any fees before your visit.
To qualify for an apartment, you usually need to make 45 times the monthly rent. If you don’t meet this requirement, you may need a guarantor. Guarantors usually need to make 75 times the monthly rent.
4610 Center Blvd offers a resident exclusive private garden on the waterfront, a fitness center and gym, landscaped roof deck, lounge, sundeck, co-working space, and 24 hour doorman. Residents can also opt-in to the amenities at our neighboring building, 4545 Center Blvd, which include a fitness center and gym, landscaped roof deck with BBQ grills, resident lounge, tennis court, volleyball court, and children's playroom.
