Check your stuff before you leave the store... I called the store and supposedly they check for this type of stuff before placing plastic wrap over the box... the icing is stuck to the other cupcakes and the box so bad that we eneded up not being able to use them for my daughter's graduation. When I called to talk to someone they guy told me that they are checked before and that this never happens... according to the reviews it's a common thing for this location. This is my daughter's high school graduation and we spent a pretty penny in your store for these!? I'm quite upset and won't be using this location in the future. 😪

Ordered 2 cakes for a birthday party. Customer service was excellent and the cakes were soooooo good! My husband picked them up and when he got home, he said wow, they sure are nice there!
