Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience here. This is the first time I have used Valvoline and I love the convenience of being able to stay in the car. All together we were in and out in less than 30 min. This was at noon on a Saturday so I was pleased with how fast the service was. Nick and Colby assisted us and they had awesome customer service and explained everything in detail to me!

Missed the "instant" mark by 1 hour an 5 minutes, was told a manager would be out in 10 minutes to do a radiator flush after waiting over an hour I was told the manager is still busy and it will be approximately an additional 30 minutes I left without being serviced no issue at other locations if I could rate this location 0 stars would. This is definitely not customer service customers whom come to my business wouldn't have to wait more then a few minutes

Jesus and Jesse were amazing! They were so friendly and were not pushy. My friend got her oil changed with someone else the same time I did last night and she ended up paying $100 and she is so so upset. I highly recommend this place because that didn't happen to me! It was quick, easy, and not ridiculously overpriced. I will be back next time, thanks for your service guys!
