I have had the opportunity to speak with Pam on many occasions and she is very accommodating and has worked with me, as I changed unit numbers and added more units. The units are 8 X 10 which are small if you are moving an entire house, but perfect to store things if you don't need much space. They are not climate controlled, so this time of the year, they are hot.
