Pros: Manager is super helpful. great place for the money. Other residents are super friendly. Cons: Hot water takes forever to build up and still doesn't get that warm. Plate was missing from microwave in my room and management didn't have a spare to give me. Overall it's the best place in the area and if the two cons are fixed I will update my review to 5 stars. Rooms are clean.

I went to White Rock Motel to visit a friend. He rents a room monthly @ $1000. His room is very small and the bathroom is the size of a small broom closet. There is very limited parking here. I would not recommend this motel unless you are desperate.

I'm not sure what the monthly RV rates but I would use this place as a very last resort. There is a lot of drug addicts here and the so called management here doesn't do much of anything.
good question. very poor answer, but this worked for me: go park in a way that is inappropriate, someone will be out to talk to you after a while.

Hi Davinci As previously stated the lots have no real markings. The previous owner unfortunately did not making lot specific sizes so we are trying to do our best for everyone to have equal room. Unfortunately because a lot of our tenants are very long term it's hard to move everyone accordingly. If you would like to do a market analysis on rent/lots/cost in the Denver Metro area you can see if there are other places that might accommodate the size lot you need for the price you're willing to pay. We can assure you that the prices you receive here are very fair considering that price is with utilities/trash/grounds. We promised to keep our prices lower then the market average considering we're in a very convenient spot. Let me know if there are any other questions. Thanks Management
