Yes monthly and no not shady. It's actually a pretty decent spot. Theres even weekly rates too. They're cheaper then across the road also.

The room that is available to get in and out of this particular place is very limited, also, a little bit shady as far as what kind of neighborhood it is. you might be able to get to 34 footer in there but it would be really iffy
