Will not use this branch again. I could get ahold of a different branch faster than this branch. Another branch had to call this branch to get in touch with me but won't hesitate to add on fees and charges. I better not get another fee when I return this rental. Also pushy customer service.

Always a great experience! ❤️ I have rented twice within the last few months. I reviewed from my other email (justterri180) and included pictures too. The vehicles were in great condition, clean and newer. Customer service was wonderful and at any sight of a problem, I received immediate attention and my needs were met and concern addressed. I would highly recommend renting here when you have need! 😁

Had a wonderful experience! I scheduled my rental online and when I arrived there were no issues with my rental being available. I was greeted as soon as I entered. There was a short wait, but I was informed on progress regularly. All of the staff present that day were respectful, professional and helpful. There was a small issue. I was informed and the management addressed the concern swiftly. I was pleased and I thouroghly enjoyed my rental. I had a Nissan Armada and it was lovely! It was a V8, so the gas prices were not lovely. No complaints about the rental though. Well equipped, clean and reliable. I could not have asked for more. The bathroom was not available and that was inconvenient. Luckily, there was no need because I stopped prior to getting to the building. It’s one of those things that can happen nowadays but still inconvenient. Update: 8/10/22 Rented again…still an outstanding experience. Excellent customer service and had a sweet ride. Pic 2 & 3 are from the ride home from my showcase at Discovery Spotlights modeling and talent showcase 2022. I had a blast and traveled safely. Thank you Enterprise and all of you wonderful employees. 💁🏾‍♀️🔥🙌💋😊 I will return when I need another rental and I highly recommend.
