BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS PLACE. I am very specific about the places i choose to leave my little girl and NEVER again am i taking her to get groomed. My little girl left this place with a hemorrhage in her eyes from SEVERE head trauma. Demanded a refund and an explanation and got nothing but “ i am so sorry i’ll pass your information along and we’ll be in contact” fyi no one EVER reached out. this is a photo of her eye a week after. both eyes were red a night after we brought her home.

Suspicious and unprofessional front desk staff ! The young girl at the front was trying to carry on a full conversation with the other employee while I was trying to check out. I took my dog for grooming while my hands were full planning an out of town trip I went to go pick him placed my phone on the counter after my last call. I grabbed my dog , receipt and keys and phone was left on counter. I realized I was missing my phone when I got home and last showing location is showing their location. I was told my phone is not there and that there are no cameras so if someone from management can please confirm and contact me that would be great!

Awesome place, Staff is friendly and knowledgable, great prices. Brought my Great Pryrenees in to trim her nails. Aewsome job!!!

We need help! My brother in law dropped his female dog queen at this place, he paid for 40days worth of a stay because he’s moving out of Texas and didn’t want to take her on the long road trips. Within two weeks of this he received a phone call from them stating abandonment issues. When he went to pick his dog up before the 40days were up they presented him with a MALE malnourished dog whom the owner “abandoned” When he called the authorities the story changed from “that’s your dog” to “we’ve never seen your dog” something is really wrong with this place! Please help us get queen back! My sister in law is in depression and so are her children! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US! If you see queen please contact my email!
