I been living here for a very long time and i absolutely love it. Very private and quiet place and Kim the manager is such a sweetheart i recommend falls at copper lake to anyone

I would no longer recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. I’ve been here for 3 years and this has been the worst year by far. The people that live in this apartment are dirty and leave their trash out for days until the entire walkway is infested with maggots, flies, and ants. Everyone just puts their trash in front of other people’s apartments. I’m upset my rent increased and my experience has gotten way worse. I rather they completely got rid of the valet trash at this point. I keep my place very clean but I doesn’t matter because everyone around me is disgusting and nothing is done about it. There’s nowhere to park because people just leave their cars parked in the same spot for over a year with expired tags. I could go on and on.

We have lived at Falls at Copper Lake for a year and we are enjoying our stay. We just renewed our lease to a larger unit. Jose the manager and front office staff is amazing to work with. The Linens

I have lived here for the past 2 years and enjoyed it. They always are helpful when I need it. Last year, I lost my job and had trouble paying rent, they were considerate and I appreciated that kindness when they didn’t have to be. I will renew my lease because of that kindness. They even did a 4th of July fireworks show on the lake that was amazing! Definitely a great place to call home.
