This review is overdue. I was moving out of state a month ago and ended up with a severe UTI infection day before I was supposed to leave. I noticed the reviews for this Urgent Care were good compared to other places in Salem, so I made an appointment. They did not disappoint! Jean Waring was my provider, she was professional, thorough, kind and I appreciated her educating me and giving me detailed instructions going forward. The young lady at the front desk (Nancy?) also sweet and welcoming. They also had the antibiotics available at this location so I didn't have to drag my sick behind into a pharmacy for a miserable wait. Price was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend! :]

I used Zoom Care for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and how quickly I was able to get in to see a physician. I scheduled the appointment on my phone no holding on the line like at my primary care physicians office, and way quicker and easier than urgent care! The doctor was very professional and very knowledgeable. :-) I will definitely use them again!

I had to leave work to go to urgent care, They normally have you schedule your appointments, but they fit me in and I only had to wait maybe 20 minutes. The lady at the desk was so kind and efficient! The doctor seemed to really care, he listened to me and was able to help me. I haven’t had the best experiences at urgent cares in the past, so I was blown away by the care I got here! I highly recommend zoom care!

I was needing to see a doctor because my sinus and lung infection was getting any better after a week and I needed to get a doctors note for work. I was so worried that I would have to spend a lot of money to see a doctor but my visit was very affordable at around $185 and my medication was only $15 for antibiotics. I don’t have health insurance so I’m glad this was cheap and the visit only lasted about 15 minutes. It felt so fast. The doctor was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.

It says on their website that they do not unfortunately.
You can make appointments, you'll see when you look on the website. They show you times someone's available.
They offer a ton of different services including specialty ones. I recommend getting their app and taking a look. I have gone to zoomcare several times including a couple days ago for various things. I know with my insurance visit was $35. Much easier than trying to get an appointment elsewhere. Easy to book the appointment right on the app too, shows all the available time slots for you to choose. Little tip I found since you do the same day, login right after midnight and every time slot is open.
Their website says they are forbidden by Federal law from treating anyone who has Medicare, even if that person pays cash.
We just had the test on Monday and got results by Wednesday.
Yes. Best to call beforehand to make sure vaccinations needed are on hand.
It's about $100 depending but you can use credit/debit cards and they might do payments
Just depends on what your deductible is.. Goes off your insurance.
