Great place for your medical needs. They also have other services as well. You are well taken care of. I been there numorous times and always have great reviews. They tell you the truth about things , they are willing to listen. They help with anything you need. You can't go wrong there
Ghost inthemaking
West Salem Clinic feeds off of co-pays or something. They know that you’re desperate to get help and have you come back a million times to take care of something that could have been dealt with in an appointment or two. If you ask to be scheduled for a 30 minute appointment, you will show up to that appointment to find out that you were only scheduled for 15 minutes and then rushed out in 10 after not having a chance to talk about everything you’re there for. I just recently saw my doctor for FIVE minutes and was told to make another appointment to talk about the heart issues and constant muscle spasms that I’ve been having due to medication they put me on (I was told that we would have a chance to talk about it at that appointment and will obviously not be coming back because I feel like it is time-sensitive - I left the clinic bawling my eyes out and was SO embarrassed). Every experience I have had for the last 6 months or so have been a splinter of hope sprinkled with “We’ll talk about all of that at the next appointment.” and then not being able to get a word in about it at the next appointment and rushed out of the office after hearing “Make another appointment and we’ll talk about it, I have OTHER patients, you know.” when not only was I early, but sitting right there desperately waiting to talk about it. They do not have enough time to genuinely take care of their patients, after their patients wait like 4 weeks for an appointment. I absolutely do not recommend them, unless you are taking your child - they treat my children wonderfully and take their time to check them out and speak with us - that is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. PLEASE go elsewhere if you have chronic pain/an invisible illness and are desperately looking for help - you will be old and grey before receiving help for it here.

I called their crisis hotline tonight. Anne was very kind and genuinely seemed to care. I think she is a therapist for the clinic. I’m still in crisis, but talking to her helped. My crisis isn’t quite so bad now. Thank you.

I deeply appreciate the clinics approach to those who are struggling with houselessness. The providers are guine and compassionate. I appreciate their commitment to working as a team and when doctor needs more information about my health concern she takes the time to research and consult with other nurses and doctors.

They give you a packet of all their services and how to use the clinic they do accept Medicare and I'm sure all other insurance
I'm not sure, but it may mean to those individuals who are at high risk. I would suggest that you actually go to the clinic and find out or call. But I find it better to go in person. That would be my recommendation Tina Thomas. 😁😁
If it's for OUD, no. For pain control, I don't know. You can call their office to see if any help is available. There are quite a few people who have an idea of what's available locally. I can tell you from experience that you need to find a doctor you feel safe communicating with, whether your inquiry is for OUD or pain control. My partner and I are both patients here, we both have complex medical issues, and we feel valued and cared for at WSC. As far as I know there are only 2 clinics that offer daily dosing of methadone for OUD in Salem: Marion County Health and Human Services alcohol and drug treatment, and Salem (Willamette Valley) CTC. You probably already know that, but it's worth mentioning in case you don't. Whatever your need I hope you get help soon. Please keep in mind that you are the consumer and you have rights as a patient.
Been going there for 20 years and even after that amount of time their switchboard is still as messed up as day one. It has never worked right. Wait times can be ............ ....... same elevator music too.
Depends on which test. Had the rapid back in less than 2 days and the longer one in less than a week
They will probably call u tomorrow
