Honestly, can Celeste Richardson be my primary physician?!? I’m 34 yrs old, and never in my life have I had such a caring, helpful Dr who not only listens and has a holistic approach (something I’ve been trying to get for awhile), but is absolutely phenomenal at her job!!!! I’ve had multiple steroid injections in my life, and they always are painful… but not Dr. Richardson’s!! I honestly hardly felt a thing. In one case, I literally felt nothing!!! She and her staff (Joan, and Patricia) were extremely welcoming and personable. For the first time in my life, I feel like I had a dr who is interested in helping me find the root cause of my issues, and not just treating the symptoms. Even after- going to get an X-ray, the X-ray tech Kyle was also very friendly, and made what is usually a very cold procedure easy and comforting. On top of that, the women who was changing out the gown bin was also warm and friendly!! My experience from start to finish was top notch, and I’m so thankful to get the opportunity to work with Dr. Celeste Richardson. She is one of a kind!!

My son gets hurt he can't wear his mask he has to wear one of theirs "brainwashing" and it takes him 3 hours and he's still not in the doctor's office which I needed to get his back fixed I know what to do and all they want to do is keep charging money to the insurance companies so they keep them in there for 3 hours urgent care yeah right 3 hours later I could have had him fixed up but he needs a note so this is a $4, 000-$5,000 appt!!!!! So much for urgent care 😂😂😂😂

I want to say all the people I talked with were great to interact with. The reception was prompt and courteous. They were forthcoming with all I needed to know and gave easy instructions, a small but appreciated skill, both Rebecca, who is an intern, and Jennifer were great. Rebecca was very skilled and did a fabulous job, and I would definitely recommend her. The people that help people pick their frames went far and above in great service. The lady I worked with showed me exactly what I needed and it was an awesome experience... thank you

I have been with Kaiser since 1981. It is a great medical program and has wonderful staff, nurses, doctors and physical therapist. I have very seldom ran into any difficulties. Of course once in awhile there may be some issues but again very few and far between.
