Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't move there. They steal your security deposit. And the grounds are not kept up lights go out for weeks or months the water fountains hasn't worked in 7 months everything is very slow there. Besides that the apartments are badly insulated. With firewood my electric bill for the winter was almost $400
While they didn't scam me from any fees, living here has been a nightmare. And come to learn that they just settled a 20 mil dollar case for extreme neglect from their property here, where a man broke his minscus in his knee while falling through a walkway part way. They make the leasing office look shiny for the new tenants. I fell into the trap partly they were literally the only place to take big dogs without taking my left arm. We are staying here another year, and hopefully getting out.
Im not sure how that's a question but funny I am a resident and Im surrounded by about 1000 people who were NOT scammed. When applying for lease there is almost always a fee anywhere . Just because you have made poor choices in past (I have too) doesn't mean Wimbledon doesn't incur expenses associated with processing the application.
Yes they are application fee scammers. Their "refundable" deposits will never come back to you.
I was evicted for no reason. Now 6 years later that's still on my record. I been trying to fix this but they just care about their own interests. It's also overpriced
I got my deposit back. I do agree about the 400.00 electric bill. The vaulted ceilings need fans. But all in all , I liked my time residing there..
