I was supper excited to move here. Now almost a year come to find out that they go through management, and employees, like crazy! management is a HUGE mess, lost my deposit 3x, a long with other residents. Also, they can't keep track of the rent correctly, you can be overcharged! Stay on top of it. The crime rate is INSANE... drunk people yelling from the bars and there have been multiple cars broken into or hit with no insurance information left behind. Also, there is no AC and if you rent a unit by the windows, be ready for it to get hot as an oven, worse in the winter.... the windows allow for the breeze/heat to get in so fast. It's like they rushed the construction on this whole building.... I ABSOLUTELY believe that bikes and packages have been stolen here... there is absolutely no security and the lack of communication from management leaves very little desired to renew my lease, or refer anyone here. I am BEYOND shocked how they lie to people, or manage this building.
