We were nervous to lease an apartment site unseen (from out of state) but Modera has such great reviews from people who moved to Portland from elsewhere so we reached out and are so glad that we did. The Modera Belmont team has been nothing but awesome to work with! Daunte was super helpful, kind, and reassuring during the entire process and the team helped us nail down the right unit based on our needs. We would highly recommend Modera Belmont and are looking forward to being part of the community there!

Living at Modera Belmont has been incredible. I moved from out of state into an apartment sight unseen. The team was overly accommodating in helping make my move as smooth and easy as possible. Daunte, Heather, and Anna are all so amazing and supportive. There are tons of amazing bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and Market of Choice is in walking distance. Living here is pretty idyllic. Super happy I found Modera Belmont is the best community I have ever lived in. From the staff to the units everything is really just perfect. Love <3

I absolutely love my apartment Modera Belmont. It could not be more perfect. I was nervous about moving from a 4 bedroom house to a studio, but I am so glad that I did. In fact, I am so pleased with my apartment and the Modera Belmont team that I just renewed for another year! The staff and building-hosted events make this so much more than just an apartment. The community spaces and amenities are unbelievable. The gym is amazing with brand new state-of-the-art equipment. The game room and community kitchen are gorgeous and have great views of downtown. On a clear day you have an excellent view of Mt. Hood from the rooftop patio. Every floor and space is unique and beautiful. The location is perfect! To grab the bus or a Streetcar all I need to do is take a few steps out the door. It's also has easy access to the Eastbank Esplanade. It's 2 blocks away from the best grocery store and is surrounded by great restaurants and breweries. Moving from the suburbs of a smaller city, I was nervous about the noise of the city. However, I've been pleasantly surprised with how quiet it gets at night. As a single woman, safety is very important to me. With 24-hour controlled access to the building, I feel safe and secure. I am so happy that I live here and call Modera Belmont home.
