I lived in the Williams building of the Peloton for close to two years. I would say the first year was better than the second year. It’s not the worst place to live, but definitely not the best. It’s a long review, but I would have liked to know some of this before moving in. Pros- The gym is nice, the location is good with lots of things to walk to, and the management team is very polite and friendly. No complaints about them! The cons outweigh all of that though. * The shared ventilation system in the bathroom and kitchen. Our bathroom fan never really worked (and no switch to control it ourselves), even though we had maintenance come look at it. So humidity was an issue. And smells carry right through. Weed, burnt food, whatever else others have going on. NOISE- Another expensive apartment with no consideration about noise. The first year we must have been lucky, because we only occasionally heard our neighbor * Then we got new neighbors and it was terrible. We talked to them, we talked to management, but it never changed. Echoing/booming footsteps every day (that literally rattled items in our apartment), banging something against the counter or kitchen island so loudly that it carried right through, their dog running around and jumping. We could even hear them coughing! When they have people over, we could hear all their voices clearly. In one instance, one of the people was crying and slammed a door, which was heard over a work zoom meeting. Plus bass carried right through the floor below us. * Then we got a last-minute notice that they were putting a bar into the retail space below. Which meant daily construction for months! We could hear it every single weekday vibrating in our apartment, drilling sound, hammering sounds, as if they’re working in our actual apartment. * All the doors automatically slam shut so you have to stop it and shut it slowly don’t want it to slam shut. Not everyone does that, in spite of requests from management and others to be mindful, so we heard slamming doors in the hallway everyday consistently. * Daycare right next to the building, where the kids are outside most of the time screaming/playing every weekday (we moved in when it wasn’t open daily due to Covid) and the garbage trucks right under the window with horrible metal clanging and loud honking multiple mornings a week.

Booked a tour round the Peloton apartments few days ago and they were able to fit me in same day. Job may lead me to Portland and out of the apartments I managed to see over the weekend I would be happy to stay here. Kendra confirmed the tour I booked online and also showed me around. She seemed to have great rapport with the current residents who we ran into while going through the buildings. I loved the communal areas available; lounge area and the roof terrace/firepit. The 2 bed I saw was a great size and had a nice layout.

I lived at the Peloton for 1.5 years and had a great experience. It's run by people who really care about the residents: Lisa & Jordan are awesome. The most responsive and professional property managers I've ever seen. It makes the experience so much better. During the pandemic they did a bunch of really nice things for residents like giving way pints of ice cream in the lobby! They are incredibly responsive to any emails or requests. Even the gentlemen who do maintenance at the Peloton are friendly and responsive. If you're looking for an apartment building experience, I highly recommend it. Note: I lived in one of the 2 bedroom Townhouses on Vancouver.

Any negative reviews of the Peloton are not valid. We are going on our 2nd month here at the Peloton and we love it! SPACE: We are renting a live / work space which is perfect for our family of 3 + a puppy. The loft is perfect for running our media company out of. We love our situation and set up. STAFF: The staff is incredible. We think very highly of them. The Peloton is quick to reply, are very accommodating, respectful, generous, and professional. MAINTANCE: We haven’t had any major issues with the loft yet but any minor requests, maintenance addresses them immediately. RESIDENTS: All of the residents are friendly and nice. We haven’t run into any rude residents. DOG FRIENDLY: We love how accommodating the Peloton is to our puppy Shasta. She meets new friends every day. LOCATION: The location is incredible!!! We are located in the perfect area. The apartment complex is quite and slow on the west side, and on the east side it boasts of delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. New Seasons is only a couple blocks away. We feel super blessed to live in such a prime location. Street parking has never been an issue. BRAND NEW: Its brand spankin new and gorgeous! OVERVIEW: We are very happy at the Peloton and foresee ourselves settling here for the next couple years.
