Beautiful, boutique mid-rise in the Goosehollow neighborhood. The complex itself is lovely. Very clean and well kept. The units are gorgeous and include washer and dryer in-unit as well as shiny new stainless steel appliances. The staff is great and very responsive to any minor request we may have. Skip the maintenance person is great and always so nice to our pup! Pet friendly. Incredible rooftop. Nice Gym! Walking distance from NW 23 rd and NW 21st. We moved in end of December and it was one of the best decisions we made. We absolutely love it here.

North Hollow is a wonderful apartment building. Management and staff are all great friendly, helpful people. The common areas are always clean, nicely appointed and comfortable, and we particularly love the rooftop patio. Our apartment is just what we wanted: modern and attractive with excellent appliances and big windows. We are delighted to be living here.

North Hollow has been my home for the past year. It's lovely! I really enjoy my studio apartment. It's big for a studio. Any time I put a maintenance request in, it gets handled in a timely fashion. The staff are so lovely and so helpful!!! They have helped me numerous times with paperwork stuff, packages and more! My favorite space to hangout at is on the roof. It has a glorious view of the city. It's close to bus stops and the max which makes it super easy to get around the city without a vehicle. I definitely recommend living here.

Love living at North Hollow. The staff, Veronica, Emily and Skip are the best. Always planning fun events for the tenants. Super clean building. Its a great location too, you can walk to all the downtown hotspots, food and drinks. I just signed a new lease for another year!
