I highly recommend living somewhere else. The original appeal to this complex was that it was close to the MAX station and it was cheap. There are literally no attractive aspects about this place after living here for over a year. There are consistent water leaks and issues. Every two weeks we will get a piece of paper taped to our door informing us repairs are underway and we'll be without water for an entire day. This has also led to mold issues. They recently decided to reconstruct one of the laundry rooms. They gave no notice to tenants. Laundry machine capacity per tenant has effectively dropped, and they've forced tenants to walk to the entire opposite corner of the complex to do their laundry. Visitor spots are constantly full. One spot per tenant, so guests and extra roommates constantly take the spots. All communication is done via pieces of paper taped to your door. No, not all actually, the manager will text you at random times to solve their own problems but take their time getting back to you. Yay :) You're stuck with Comcast, the complex will not upgrade infrastructure for better internet options, such as fiber. If it snows and you're on the upper parking lot, you're just stuck there. You can get out but never get back in. One night we had all the safety lights around the complex just stop working. It was incredibly unsafe and this was due to poor communication between the manager and the construction people. Every week is like guessing what new issue is going to pop up. I'm not joking, find somewhere else to live.

Update: There is a new maintenance guy now, who is doing a much better job than the last one ever did. Adding a star to my review. Only one of the two dryers in our building's laundry room consistently works (the other one either takes two cycles or is completely out of order), and only two of the six dryers up the hill in the main laundry facility consistently work.

Love this apartment. Managment has done some great things to clean up the complex. The parking lot is cleaned up since they brought in a patrol. The whole place is a lot cleaner than it once was. Staff is nice and get things fixed as needed. I see people have complaints but it seems as they are mad because they dont follow the rules or dont take care of the apartments.

I have only lived here for less than a month but I have a few issues. I put my laundry in the dryers around 8pm went to check on it about 45 minutes later and the door was locked no laundry hours posted, nothing so I had no clue what time the laundry room closed? Also I called the emergency number for maintenance my first weekend here because my sink was leaking and no one ever responded. Than goodness my brother came over that weekend and fixed the problem. Let's hope that this rough start isn't going to predict my future here.
