Extremely quick help when needed. 5 Star was very informative and answered all my questions when asked. They were honest about when there were questions they couldn't answer but tried, with their highly qualified staff, to find someone that could answer my questions. I had an unfortunate costly repair but, they worked with me every way they could, to help me with my inside and outside septic issues. I will only use 5 Star plumbing for all my plumbing issues because of their understanding of what emergency is and of their full extensive answers of what is happening or could happen if the plumbing doesn't get fixed properly.
