Ok so I don't understand why the majority of the McD's never can make ice cream cones, yet they make shakes!! This is what happened today. A vanilla shake can be made but no ice cream cones!!! Someone please explain!!!

Why do I always have issues with this location! On their door they have closing hours of 12am, I went at 11pm and the speaker kept saying they were closed. I pulled up to the window and the manager on duty with all the tattoos on her arms said go back around to order and I'll turn the speaker back on. So she was well aware the speaker box was closed. When I pulled up to the speaker box, the boy with the Afro answered at the speaker box and said they were closed. I said I just spoke with someone and they said you were open. He asked who I spoke with and then said okay what can I get you. So they close early purposely when they are not actually closed. The list goes on, with this location but I will just leave it at that

The worst experience at a McDonald's! It started without a greeting for several minutes. The individual who took our order was not familiar with the menu. After my husband ordered, I ordered a cheeseburger. He charged me for a happy meal. When I asked for a refill on my iced-tea, he told me he would have to charge me. We waited over 5 minutes for my tea & no refill. We walked out. The restaurant was also dirty. I will never go back!

Was there today and walked in to order, staff was not friendly we complained about the creamers for the coffee that was looking very dirty and the staff member that handed us the food said that it didn’t matter. That if we wanted some to take it clearly after telling them it was DIRTY. Bathrooms are horrible and just general DIRTY
