Came by late and was hungry. Wanted some burgers. They only had one whopper patty left. Wait...what...? Ashley was the order taker. Very polite and courteous. She explained about the patty and how she would give me the 2 for $6. That was awesome! Checked the bag before leaving and got home to eat. Chicken sandwich was good. The burger not so much. Wife got sick. Fries were under salted. Ashley is what saved this review. Hey, BK...pay her more money.

Absolutely terrible, no service both inside and via the drivethru. Inside they were severely understaffed. I waited 10 minutes inside, only one person ahead of me. Only one lady at the counter running back and forth doing her best to manage. After no service, I left for the drivethru. Same lady said to please wait. So I did. After 4 minutes with no answer, I left! Sad. This Burger King can do better! HIRE more people please.

Love their hamburgers but they are much too high now so I don't go as much anymore. $8 for one hamburger is just nuts!

I rarely eat out on this side of town. But I'm glad I stopped the manager that works here is the same manager that works the san Jacinto area she is an awesome manager, I think is over worked, an should get a raise, name is Sarah if your in the are say hi, place is always kept clean, fast an very good food an service

This is what I would try : I would stop in and be pleasant, but professional. I would ask to speak with the manager and in a calm but reassuring voice explain the situation from your perspective. Good luck, let me know how it works out.

Don't know for sure but probably because the staff was lazy with attitudes last night. We go there a few times a week and normally it is excellent, but last night it was thr worse experience we've ever had. I suggest foing the survey and calling corporate.
I'm very sorry about your bad day since they changed managers and fix up the store it's been a lot better back to the five star store sorry you had a bad day with them
