I have lived at StoneRidge for over seven years. At first it was a beautiful and professionally managed property and I was proud to live here. Unfortunately when Pinnacle/Cushman & Wakefield became the property management team about three years ago, the quality has been declining. Yet, it has never been as bad as it is right now. It’s become obvious that management is not doing their proper due diligence and we as tenants are paying the price, literally and figuratively. As the quality of living here goes down, the hefty rent costs continue to increase (plan about $100/mo increase with a lease renewal). Tenants have been subjected to almost three years of extreme noise and property maintenance issues with no end coming soon. Roof replacements have been going on since early 2020. The next project is painting the complex buildings sometime this summer. The constant loud noises during the day can be difficult for those of us who work from home or are retired. Also, the care of tenant property while work is being done is neglected (think nails). I can only imagine what issues will come about when the painting begins. It’s not just the constant loud noises and inconveniences, but areas of the grounds are looking like a junkyard. And, it was a huge disappointment when the dog park opened. It’s unimaginable that anyone would approve such a dangerous area for dogs and humans. Thankfully for safety reasons, I don’t see it being used anymore. Again, the lack of due diligence from property management. I have also experienced what the other tenants have mentioned in their reviews. The poor quality of the buildings inside and out as well as the lack of customer service are no exaggerations.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APARTMENT. The mold has made my toddler and now entire family extremely ill. All of the buildings are very outdated with paint slapped on to make pretty for the showing. Almost immediately after moving in doors will start falling off, paint chipping, mold growing, and cabinets falling off cheap hinges. The staff here are mostly so rude that you will leave the office crying multiple times. Please, don’t rent here. There are SO many other options in the area. Ones that won’t make you sick and leave you miserable.

I was initially going to give them a 3 star review, but I guess after I moved out they told PGE to not switch my connection over until a month and a half after I moved out, allowing me to pay for the electricity costs of the maintenance team that was doing massive remodels in the unit. -The complex has very unmaintained roads with pot holes. -They seem to have water pipe issues through out the complex. There were a few occasions when multiple buildings lost water because of a pipe burst. -We initially moved in because it was a non-smoking complex, but only after we moved in we found out that our unit was next to the neighboring complex's smoking area, and it was only a few meters from our unit so cigarette smoke came in whenever we opened our windows.

This is easily the worst apartment I have ever lived at. I moved out in July after originally signing a 14 month lease. I figured the outside looked decent, the place had a dog park, and it was affordable. Big mistake. Upon move in the place was already a mess. Wall painting had been unfinished and included no trim work, bathroom sink vanity was falling off the wall, blinds in both bedrooms were broken or missing. There were also multiple places that appeared to have not been cleaned very well either. The dog park is basically a giant dirt pit filled with trees, rocks and roots. It also doesn't help that they have sprinklers that spray the dirt, turning it to mud and further exposing the roots. After my dog hurt his foot, cracking his entire nail and needing surgery to repair, I decided it wasn't worth going to use anymore. There was a great staff of people doing the Maintenance when I started, they would come in and repair things quickly and efficiently. After Pinnacle took over I saw those people disappear. Along with my maintenance requests now being delayed, I could no longer reach the office for any requests and was left leaving voicemails for all help. Along the way I encountered mold, plants growing in my window sills, my outdoor patio storage doorframe corroding, and being sick almost the entire time I lived there. When I called to ask about the mold I was told "there wasn't anything they could do" but that I could "spray it with some bleach to make it better". I've moved out into a new place and 6 months later the stuffiness, congestion and trouble breathing have gone away. Ultimately, this place was a terrible stay. I've never felt compelled to write a review, but I want other people to not experience the same sickness and uncomfortability as I did. If I could give them 0 stars I would, because even 1 feels like 1 too many.

Same experience if not worse. After three weeks of minimal communication on a major leak in my roof and no heat... they said we can offer to move me to a new space in the complex . At this point I decided its not even worth it because I found a new spot completely remodeled, cheaper, and in a better area. Dont waste your time here the people are extremely rude and dont even consider the burdens when maintenance needs to be done that is urgent

Do you have apartments for low-income seniors? I can afford $800 per month tops. Thank you.
