The worst apartment complex ever. Overpriced with none of the amenities mentioned. The Washer & Dryer in my unit has been broken for months. They gave me access to another unit but changed the Iocks with zero notice. When I call to ask about access to a new unit to do laundry they tell me there are no units available. So I’m paying over $2500 in rent with a broken washer & dryer. The hallways are filthy, garbage rooms are always nasty, maintenance orders take forever to be filled. Cars broken into constantly. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

So I had spoken to another resident here at Yacht Harbor and she has been using an empty units washer an dryer because of her washer and dryer not working. Well I am having the same issue and I have asked to used an empty unit washer and dryer and I was told their was nothing available. I have two children and have been out a washer an dryer for several months. And I have put in multiple request to get it fixed the first time someone cancelled all of my maintenance request on their end and never reached out to me. I have paid over $400 in doing laundry at a laundry mat over the several months and not only that I have two children I have to take along with me this is not fair to me and my family what so ever. Again I will also like a copy of my lease and a updated ledger so I can move forward with my rental assistance I have asked multiple times and you guys have sent over old information, I NEED CURRENT information all updated otherwise they will be closing my application out by tomorrow, thanks to Yacht Harbor.

Apartment layout and marina/river views is amazing. I love living on the island with the convenience to the highway and shopping in Jantzen Beach. Having a restaurant/bar, 3 Sheets, downstairs has been great for a late night snack or night cap. Leasing staff is excellent to work with and I’ve enjoyed my new home.

I moved in here the end of November 2021 and I have a beautiful apartment on the water. The service has been great. I needed maintenance work and it was done timely. My car is parked in the garage with no issues, I feel safe. There is minimal noise where I am. Liz, the manager, has been receptive, responsive, and kind. Jacob goes above and beyond. They are short staffed because of the pandemic, and I saw Jacob vacuuming the hallway. He even delivered my groceries to my front door when I was sick when he was the only one in the office. That is not an uncaring person. The staff does care, I’ve heard it in their words and their actions. Cons: I would rate a 5, but the jacuzzi hasn’t been usable since I moved here, but I know it’s being worked on.
